Priscilla is an international life and relationship coach dedicated to helping people heal at the deepest level and build secure, lasting connections. She holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice with a minor in Sociology, and is certified in Integrated Attachment Theory as well as Mental Health First Aid.

Before stepping into coaching, Priscilla spent years in the corporate world and worked alongside private investigators on capital murder cases—an experience that revealed how every person carries pain, struggles, and vulnerabilities that can shape their choices. This insight fuels her passion for helping others break free from the cycles that no longer serve them.

In addition to professional training, Priscilla brings wisdom from her own journey of growth, counseling, and research in areas like limerence, dopamine addiction, shame, people-pleasing, and vulnerability. She combines evidence-based tools with lived experience to guide clients toward clarity, confidence, and secure relationships.

Melissa is a dedicated school nurse and is completing her Bachelors of Science in Psychology.

Bachelors of Science Psychology | Emotional and Mental Health

Melissa is a compassionate coach and healthcare professional with nearly two decades of experience supporting the well-being of children and adults. Currently an elementary school nurse, she has also worked in neurology and school health, giving her a deep understanding of both physical and emotional wellness. She is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of Alabama to further her impact in the mental health field.

Melissa is passionate about advocating for emotional health and suicide prevention, and she brings a trauma-informed, holistic approach to her work. She specializes in supporting individuals navigating ADHD, emotional dysregulation, addiction, and shame—helping them develop resilience, self-acceptance, and tools for lasting change.

By combining her healthcare background with her dedication to mental wellness, Melissa empowers her clients to embrace wholeness and step into their best selves.
