All purchases are subject to this Refund Policy and are considered final unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. By purchasing services from The Secure You, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. While we aim to approach every situation with care and understanding, any exceptions to this policy are made at our discretion. We also reserve the right to update this policy as needed, with any changes reflected here.
Refund Policy - the basics
At The Secure You, we deeply value the trust you place in us and the investment you are making in your growth. Because coaching is a collaborative and experiential process, all sessions and services are considered final and are not eligible for refunds once they have been purchased.

We understand that life happens, and we are happy to reschedule sessions when at least 24 hours’ notice is given. Sessions missed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited, as that time has been intentionally set aside for you.

For coaching packages and programs, refunds are not offered. However, your experience matters to us. If something doesn’t feel right, we genuinely want to hear from you. We are committed to working with you to ensure you feel supported and are receiving value from your time with us.

In the event of a billing error or exceptional circumstance, we are happy to review concerns on a case-by-case basis with care and consideration.
